Scarlett Johansson celebrates turning 40 with surprise party organized by husband Colin Jost

Scarlett Johansson recently celebrated her 40th birthday and expressed how the milestone feels "liberating." During appearances on LIVE with Kelly and Mark and Today, the Avengers star shared her perspective on aging, saying, “You don’t care what anybody thinks, which is so liberating.” Johansson noted the milestone has made her focus on embracing life fully, adding, “I want more of everything!”

Her husband, comedian Colin Jost, surprised her with a grand birthday party attended by friends and colleagues from across the globe. “It was magical,” Johansson said, appreciating Jost's thoughtful effort. Known for his gift-giving skills, Jost also gave her beautiful jewelry, which she praised during the interview. Married for four years, Johansson described Jost as a loving partner and “a great dad” to their son Cosmo, 3, and her daughter Rose, 10, from a previous marriage.
