Sean "Diddy" Combs will spend Thanksgiving at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center after being arrested on serious charges, including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The prison's Thanksgiving Day meal will begin with breakfast at 6 a.m., featuring fruit, cereal, and breakfast pastries, according to a food menu obtained by PEOPLE for Nov. 28.

Lunch is served at 11 a.m. and will include either turkey roast or hot & sour tofu, along with traditional Thanksgiving sides like mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, and dinner rolls. Assorted holiday pies will also be available.

Dinner at the facility includes peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, potato chips, whole wheat bread, and fruit, typically served after the 4 p.m. headcount.

The renowned music mogul is currently awaiting his trial after pleading not guilty to the charges but has been denied bail by two separate federal judges. In September, he was indicted on charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution.

Combs' legal team filed a new bail motion on November 8, arguing that the case against him is "thin." They claim that some of the allegations stem from a "decade-long consensual relationship," according to the motion obtained by PEOPLE.

The latest bail hearing took place on Friday, November 22, with a decision expected during the Thanksgiving week. As of midday Monday, November 25, no ruling has been made on whether Combs will be granted bail.

During the hearing, Combs' defense attorney stated that, if granted bail, the mogul would reside in a three-bedroom apartment on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Combs' trial is set for May 2025.
