Following negotiations with the government’s committee, a delegation from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) met with PTI founder Imran Khan in Adiala Jail to discuss the party’s next steps and protest strategy.

This marks the second time today that PTI representatives have visited Imran Khan in jail. Earlier, Barrister Gohar and Barrister Saif held talks with him.

Following the meeting hosted at National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq’s residence, Barrister Gohar, Shibli Faraz, and Asad Qaiser proceeded to Adiala Jail to brief Khan on developments and seek his input on PTI’s protest plans, sources said.

The delegation reportedly spent over an hour with Khan, with discussions focusing on decisions about the party’s future direction in light of the talks with government officials. After the meeting, the PTI delegation, under police security, left the jail without speaking to the media.

Earlier, government’s committee, which includes National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Amir Maqam, and Rana Sanaullah, held talks with PTI representatives, including Asad Qaiser and Shibli Faraz.

According to sources cited by Express News, behind-the-scenes negotiations have made progress, with both sides leaning toward holding the sit-in at Sangjani. Other possible locations were also considered, but Sangjani is expected to be the likely choice for the protest.
