Jung Woo-sung confirms paternity of Moon Ga-bi’s child amid public scrutiny

Jung Woo-sung acknowledges fatherhood of Moon Ga-bi’s child, commits to childcare responsibilities.

South Korean actor Jung Woo-sung has officially confirmed that he is the biological father of model Moon Ga-bi’s son. On November 24, his agency, Artist Company, verified the report first published by Dispatch, bringing clarity to the speculation surrounding his personal life.

The news follows Moon Ga-bi’s emotional Instagram post, where she revealed the birth of her baby boy. Reflecting on her journey, she wrote, “I was not prepared at all for this news that suddenly came to me… I spent most of my pregnancy quietly, amidst the blessings of my family.” Moon explained that her decision to keep the pregnancy private stemmed from a desire to protect her child.

Following her heartfelt post, Artist Company confirmed the paternity through an official statement: “It’s true that actor Jung Woo-sung is the biological father of the child that Moon Ga-bi revealed on social media. He is currently in the process of discussing the best possible avenues for childcare, and as a father, he will take full responsibility for the child until the end.”

Despite this confirmation, Jung and Moon Ga-bi are not in a relationship and have no plans to marry. The announcement has prompted widespread public and media interest, with many praising Jung for his commitment to his child. However, others have raised questions about the challenges of balancing his personal and professional life.

As Jung prepares for his next public appearance at the Blue Dragon Film Awards, his personal life remains under scrutiny. Artist Company has urged the public to respect his privacy, emphasizing the importance of giving the actor space as he navigates this new chapter in his life.
