Donald Trump is said to have spent a significant sum on cosmetic procedures, with the family's total expenditures reportedly nearing $1 million over time.

Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Gary Motykie, speaking to MailOnline, suggested that the former president, often commended by supporters for his strong leadership persona, has made substantial investments in addressing hair loss.

Dr. Motykie estimated Trump’s spending on hair transplants at approximately $160,000, noting evidence of multiple surgeries, including hairline advancement and flap technique procedures. This aligns with claims from Trump’s late ex-wife Ivana, who stated he underwent scalp reduction surgery to refine his hairline and liposuction on his chin and waist.

Amid rising concerns about Trump's health following unusual comments referencing "genitalia" during a rally and a seeming reluctance to speak about Melania after a birthday mishap, Dr. Motykie calculated Trump’s expenditure on hair solutions at around $80,000, with an additional potential $80,000 spent on veneers to perfect his smile.

Melania Trump, according to the doctor, appears to have spent less on cosmetic enhancements compared to her husband. While she reportedly hasn’t undergone major surgeries, she maintains her youthful appearance through possible procedures like rhinoplasty, cheek and lip fillers, and Botox injections, as noted by the Irish Star.

However, Melania told GQ she disapproves of Botox and fillers, expressing her preference to "age gracefully," according to the *Irish Star*.

Dr. Motykie estimated Melania's cosmetic expenditures to be between $45,000 and $50,000.
