Man arrested for torturing seven-year-old son

Site A police have arrested a man for brutally torturing his children and injuring seven-year-old son, Sufyan. A disturbing video of the child being burnt on his back went viral on social media.

According to the case registered at Site A police station, ASI Naeem was on a motorcycle patrol on November 21 when he received information about a man torturing his children near Site Area Eidgah Ground Bawani Chali. Police immediately rushed to the scene.

Upon arrival, they heard children crying and screaming inside the house. Police and neighbours entered the house and found the father, Najibullah, torturing his children. One child, Sufyan, had visible marks of burning and torture on his body. The victim alleged that his father had tortured and burnt him. Based on the child's statement, police arrested Najibullah and shifted Sufyan to hospital for medical treatment.
