Imran to be indicted after Nov 25: Vawda
Senator Faisal Vawda said on Wednesday that PTI founder Imran Khan would be indicted in more cases on November 25, therefore, he chose November 24 for his protest in Islamabad.
In an interview with a private TV channel, Vawda said that the politicians were not dying for their cause, not did their children, but those who were actually rendering sacrifices were being ridiculed and subjected to abuses. He admitted that during the PTI's government, collective decisions were taken.
About the PTI's protest call, he said that charges would be framed against Imran in cases after November 25 that was why the PTI set the date of is "flop show" on Nov 24.
He further said no more First Information Reports (FIRs) would be lodged, and that some people would come out of jail with protocol and take over the party, adding: "Khan Sahib will indorse that Begum Sahiba will lead the party".
"When a popular leader is in jail", Vawda continued, "his opportunist relatives and workers will take advantage of the situation". He asked what relief was being given to Imran Khan, while every person around him was getting relief.
