Small arms simulator garners attention at IDEAS 2024

Designed to improve shooting accuracy and tactical skills, simulator enables soldiers to train with variety of weapons

Pakistan has introduced a new indigenous multi-weapon simulator aimed at enhancing soldier training and combat readiness.

The innovative simulator, called the Haadif Small Arms Simulator, was unveiled at the Defence Expo 2024 in Karachi, drawing significant attention from participants and military enthusiasts alike.

Designed to improve shooting accuracy and tactical skills, the Haadif simulator enables soldiers to train simultaneously with a variety of weapons, including the G3 rifle, LMG, SMG, and pistol.

This advanced technology allows for target practice both in stationary and moving modes, helping soldiers adapt to complex combat scenarios.

The simulator is also configured to prepare soldiers for various terrains, including mountainous, desert, and challenging terrains where combat can be highly demanding.

Colonel Tahir of the Pakistan Army told reporters at the event that the Haadif simulator equips soldiers with the skills necessary to engage effectively in diverse environments.

“This simulator allows us to train soldiers using multiple types of light and heavy arms simultaneously, preparing them for real-world challenges in difficult terrains,” he stated.
