Cashier 'inside man' in filling station heist
The Nazimabad police have solved the mystery of Rs4.3 million robbery from a petrol pump manager.
The cashier of the petrol pump, Nisar Ahmad, turned out to be the helper of robbers, who was arrested by the police along with two other accomplices.
SDPO Nazimabad, DSP Kamal Naseem said that on October 28, a petrol pump manager was robbed of Rs4.3 million by four motorcycle-riding bandits at the petrol pump in, Nazimabad No.4. Nazimabad and Investigation Police jointly started working on this case and on technical grounds and with the help of CCTV footage, three accused Ameer Jan, Lutf Ali and Nisar Ahmad were arrested and Rs0.4 million was recovered from them, while the police are conducting raids in search of the other two accused.
