16 Jinnah House accused declared innocent

A joint investigation team (JIT) on Saturday told an ATC in Lahore that 16 people accused of attacking Lahore Corps Commander House—also known as the Jinnah House—following former PM Imran Khan's arrest on May 9, 2023 were proven to be innocent.

In light of the report, the counsels for the accused persons withdrew their clients' pre-arrest bail application. The ATC later dismissed these applications as withdrawn.

The ATC also extended the bails of other accused persons by November 29 for further proceedings. Earlier, the court marked the attendance of the accused persons.
