Sean “Diddy” Combs’ twin daughters, Jessie James and D’Lila Star Combs, commemorated the sixth anniversary of their mother Kim Porter’s passing with a touching Instagram post. The 17-year-olds shared a heartfelt message alongside a cherished black-and-white photo of themselves as newborns with Porter.

“We can’t believe it’s been 6 years without you,” the twins wrote in their shared post on November 15. “We think about you every single second of the day. We love and miss you so much words can’t even explain. We wish you were here with us but we know your spirit will be around forever! We Love you Mommy ❤️❤️.”

The photo featured Porter holding one twin on her shoulder while lovingly kissing the other. The tribute reflects the deep bond between the late model and her children.

Porter, who shared three biological children with Diddy—twins Jessie and D’Lila, and son Christian “King” Combs, 26—passed away in November 2018 at the age of 47 due to pneumonia. Diddy, 55, also adopted Porter’s eldest son Quincy, 32, whom she had with ex-partner Al B. Sure!.

Diddy and Porter shared an on-and-off relationship from 1994 to 2007. Despite their split, Diddy referred to Porter as his soulmate in a heartfelt Instagram tribute following her death, saying, “We were more than best friends, more than soulmates. WE WERE SOME OTHER S–T!!”

Currently, Diddy faces legal troubles as he remains in prison awaiting trial on charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. His children, however, have stood by his side, issuing a public statement in October affirming their support.

“The past month has devastated our family,” the statement read. “We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail.”

The twins’ tribute to Porter serves as a poignant reminder of the love and legacy the late model left behind and highlights the strength of family amidst grief and challenges.
