According to legal documents obtained by PEOPLE, Foster, 44, filed for divorce from the That ’70s Show actress, also 44, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind the separation. Foster’s filing requests enforcement of their 2018 prenuptial agreement, seeking an “equitable division” of marital assets and debts.
Additionally, Foster has requested that both parties cover their own attorney fees and equally split any other court-related costs. The couple's date of separation is listed as September 9, 2023.
Prepon and Foster, who were friends long before their 2016 engagement, married in 2018 and share two children, Ella, born in 2017, and a son, born in 2020.
