The unsolved murder case of Ahmad Zia, an Afghan national, who was killed five months ago in the Machni Gate area near the Military Farm in Peshawar, has been cracked.

Ahmad Zia was brutally murdered and his body discarded as a punishment for refusing friendship with another Afghan man. Using cellular data, police identified and arrested the suspect.

Under the orders of SP Warsak Division, Mukhtiar Ali, and supervised by DSP Warsak Circle, Ziaullah Khan, Michni Gate Police Station, Rafique Khan, along with the investigation team, conducted a thorough probe.

They managed to trace and arrest the suspect, Abdullah, in the Jabba Mosque area.
