Following Donald Trump’s decisive 2024 presidential victory, his eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., took to social media to rally supporters, asking them to mark the historic occasion with memes.

“Show me the memes!” he tweeted, adding, “It’s my second all-nighter in a row and I’m too tired to search for them. Send them below! This is going to be glorious.”

His post quickly gained traction, amassing over 10.9 million views as fans enthusiastically joined in to share their creative memes celebrating Trump’s win.

Among the responses were clever and humorous takes on Trump’s journey back to the White House.

One user shared a video clip of Trump waving goodbye to Kamala Harris, while another posted an AI-generated image of Trump as a garbage collector, ready to "take out the trash in Washington DC."

Others referenced prominent figures like Elon Musk, who has shown support for Trump throughout the election. In one meme, Musk is seen carrying a sink with the caption, “Let that sink in!”—a nod to Musk’s 2022 entrance into Twitter headquarters.

Some users took a more playful approach with popular characters and themes. A lighthearted meme showed Trump sipping from a mug labeled “liberal tears,” while another declared, “Sleep well middle finger, you’ve got a big day ahead of you tomorrow.”

Trump Jr. responded to many of the posts with laughing emojis and even replied, “So stealing this…” to a fan’s caption that read, “Just because you’re trash doesn’t mean you can’t do great things. It is called garbage can, not garbage cannot.”

Leading up to Election Day, Trump Jr. foreshadowed the excitement with a hint of humor. “If we don’t win, then I’ll probably... have to fly to a non-extradition country,” he joked, before adding, “I’m only partially kidding about that, frankly. One way or the other, we’ll either be busy, relaxed, or in hiding.”
