A two-member bench of the Sindh High Court (SHC), headed by Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput, hearing a petition challenging the illegal construction of an eight-story building in Agra Taj, Lyari, issued notices to the Sindh government, Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), and others.

The counsel for the petitioner informed the court about the illegal construction undertaken on Plot No. 129 Agra Taj, which was allegedly carried out by a builder Atif Khan.
