Internet reacts as Diddy thanks his children from jail on birthday: "I feel bad for his daughters"

While Sean "Diddy" Combs marked his birthday on November 4, 2024, in prison, his children called to wish him for the occasion. Six of his children gathered around a cake to sing "Happy Birthday" to him, a moment shared on Instagram in a reel by Diddy’s son, Justin. Additionally, Diddy’s oldest daughter, Chance Combs, FaceTimed her father to wish him for his birthday.

Justin captioned the video, "Happy Birthday Pops, we love you! 🎂❤️," and fans quickly took to the comments to share their reactions to the heartfelt moment.

Expressing sympathy for Diddy’s children, one commenter wrote: "This is actually sad. Sad for the kids, not for him."

Many internet users also noted how Diddy’s children remain close to him despite the serious accusations against him.

Some also commented on the sadness he might feel celebrating his birthday away from his family.

In Justin Combs' video, Diddy’s children Christian, Quincy, and twins Jessie and D'Lila joined in singing "happy birthday to daddy," alongside his youngest, two-year-old Love. After the song, Love blew out the candle on the cake. 

Diddy responded to the gesture over the phone, saying: "I love y'all, I can't wait to see y'all. I'm proud of y'all, especially the girls, all of y'all, but just for being strong, thank you for being strong."

The rapper added: "Thank you for being by my side and supporting me, I got the best family in the world. It's my birthday, I'm happy for you giving me this call, I'll see you in a couple of days."
