Barbie actor Margot Robbie and her husband, Tom Ackerley, have quietly become parents, welcoming their first child together. A source close to the couple confirmed to PEOPLE that the couple recently had a baby boy, though details like the newborn's name and exact birthdate remain under wraps. Robbie and Ackerley have yet to make an official announcement.

Robbie's pregnancy was initially confirmed in July by her representatives after photos surfaced of her in Lake Como, visibly pregnant and dressed in a crop top. Her maternity style has since caught the attention of fans and fashion outlets alike. During her babymoon in Sardinia, for instance, she wore a relaxed white button-down with low-rise drawstring pants and accessorised with a bucket hat. Later, at Wimbledon, Robbie opted for an elegant, draped white Alaïa dress, showing a preference for understated, neutral tones that Vogue described as a post-Barbie style evolution.

The couple's decision to keep the pregnancy largely private aligns with their usual approach to personal matters. However, Robbie has previously hinted at her desire for a large family. Back in 2018, she told Porter magazine, "If I'm looking into my future 30 years from now… I want to see a big Christmas dinner with tons of kids there." It appears that vision is starting to take shape.

Robbie and Ackerley were married in a private ceremony in Byron Bay, Australia, in 2016. Since then, they have worked together on several high-profile projects through their production company, LuckyChap, which produced films like Saltburn, Promising Young Woman, and the blockbuster Barbie.

Meanwhile, Robbie's professional calendar continues to be packed. She is set to star in an upcoming adaptation of Wuthering Heights, directed by Emerald Fennell. The Warner Bros project will also feature Euphoria's Jacob Elordi.
