Young Thug’s release from prison on October 31, 2024, marked a pivotal moment for the rapper, who recently accepted a plea deal involving firearm possession and criminal gang charges, resulting in a 15-year probation.

As he reintegrates into family life, one of his children’s mothers, K. Ragland, publicly praised Thug’s girlfriend, Mariah the Scientist, for her role in helping maintain his connection with his kids during his time in custody.

Ragland shared on social media, "I commend @mariahthescientist I love her so much! She's the only person that made sure he talked to his kids everyday throughout this whole trial! Forever grateful for you."

Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffrey Lamar Williams, is a father of six children from previous relationships, with three of his children’s names publicly known: Jacob, Jahmir, and Mari Meg.

His partner Mariah, who has been dating the rapper since 2021, also acknowledged Thug’s release during a concert on October 31, saying to the audience, "This s**t is so f**king unbelievable. Let's just make it to the end so I can get on this jet because you know what I'm finna do."

Young Thug’s legal issues first emerged in 2022 when he faced a high-profile RICO case for allegedly leading a criminal gang.

Despite these challenges, Thug’s family and supporters, including Mariah, have rallied around him, with fans eager to see what’s next for the artist.

The heartfelt support from both Mariah and his family reflects the rapper’s renewed focus on personal relationships following his release.
