Katy Perry, the Grammy-nominated pop sensation, is set to appear at a high-profile rally in Pittsburgh to support Vice President Kamala Harris and running mate Tim Walz as the 2024 election nears.

Scheduled for today, the Pittsburgh event will be one of several rallies organized across key swing states, where Perry is expected to energize the crowd with her well-known advocacy and entertainment.

The Harris-Walz campaign has announced a star-studded lineup for rallies across Pennsylvania on Monday, November 4. Lady Gaga and Oprah Winfrey are set to headline a Philadelphia rally, joined by a range of popular performers including Jazmine Sullivan, the Roots, Fat Joe, Freeway, Just Blaze, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Adam Blackstone, and DJ Cassidy. Meanwhile, pop icon Katy Perry will lead a separate rally in Pittsburgh that same day.

Perry, who has been an outspoken supporter of social justice and progressive causes, will join other celebrity advocates as they encourage voter turnout for the Harris-Walz ticket. Her presence adds star power to the rally, underlining the campaign's focus on key voter demographics, especially young voters and first-time voters.

This event is part of a broader “Get Out the Vote” initiative, which includes appearances by prominent figures in entertainment, all aimed at energizing Pennsylvania—a critical battleground state in the election.
