Kim Kardashian was among the numerous celebrities who dazzled at the 2024 LACMA Art + Film Gala held on Saturday in Los Angeles. For the occasion, the fashionable reality star, 44, wore a plunging white gown and accessorized with an antique amethyst piece once worn by the late Princess Diana at a charity event in 1987.

Her eye-catching white gown highlighted her ample cleavage, with the bold jewelry piece adding a touch of contrast.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum also wore a pearl choker that resembles a piece previously worn by Diana, as reported by WWD.

To complete her ensemble, Kardashian added an ivory coat, which she styled off-the-shoulder.

Kardashian’s look for the evening was rounded off with a sleek bob parted to the left, winged eyeliner, brown eyeshadow, and a nude lip.

The mother of four purchased the Attallah Cross at a Sotheby’s auction last year for $197,453, which was twice the pre-auction estimate.

Named after its former owner, Naim Attallah, the Palestinian-British businessman frequently lent the amethyst and diamond pendant to Diana throughout the 1980s.

Diana, Princess of Wales, was seen wearing the pendant on a strand of pearls at the 1987 Birthright charity gala, where she wore a purple velvet Catherine Walker gown.

Originally crafted by Garrard in the 1920s, the Attallah Cross features square-cut amethysts surrounded by 5.25 carats of circular-cut diamonds.

Kardashian’s chunky pearl choker, resembling another of Diana’s pieces, was an eleven-strand necklace adorned with rubies and diamonds.

With 900 pearls, the late Princess of Wales wore this choker to various events, including film and theater premieres over the years.

Princess Diana (born Diana Frances Spencer), known for her activism and style, became an international icon whose influence remains significant. She was only 36 when she died in a car crash in the Pont de l'Alma tunnel in Paris on August 31, 1997, as her driver tried to evade paparazzi.
