In a recent interview on 'The Breakfast Club' podcast, 50 Cent shared a conversation he had with Lil Durk about his entourage, Only The Family (OTF).

Recalling their time together in New York, 50 Cent recounted feeling uneasy around Durk's Chicago-based group.

“I was like, ‘This is them? They the real shit?’ He was like, ‘Yeah, yeah.’ And I said, ‘Yo, just watch them. His crew,’” 50 Cent explained.

According to 50, Durk appeared to understand the warning, referencing a 2021 home invasion: “[Lil Durk] said, ‘You know what? Somebody just came to my house. How did they know exactly what my address is? Who has my address? Nobody.’”

Lil Durk's arrest on murder-for-hire and conspiracy charges has intensified speculation around his inner circle.

Alongside five men, Durk was detained on charges linked to the 2022 killing of Quando Rondo's cousin, Saviay’a “Lul Pab” Robinson, allegedly as retaliation for King Von's death.

Arrested in Florida, he now faces legal proceedings in Los Angeles after an indictment was filed there. According to the indictment, witnesses alleged that “BANKS [Durk] put a monetary bounty out for an individual…feuding named T.B.”

Adding to the controversy, rumors suggest an informant from within OTF may have facilitated Durk's arrest by leaking information to authorities.

Hip-hop reporter DJ Akademiks fueled this belief, posting a photo of OTF member Jam eating McDonald's in an interrogation room.

The indictment includes measures to protect witnesses' identities “due to serious safety concerns,” noting that some have already received threats.
