Cardi B made headlines at a recent rally in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she endorsed Kamala Harris for president.

Dressed in an eye-catching outfit, Cardi took the stage only to encounter an unexpected hiccup—a malfunctioning teleprompter.

The technical glitch left her without her prepared speech, prompting Cardi to call for her manager with a humorous plea: “Hold on, I need Patience over here. Patience, where are you?” she joked, keeping the crowd entertained while she waited for assistance.

Eventually, her manager, Patience Foster, handed her a phone with her script, and Cardi resumed her endorsement. Reflecting on her initial ambivalence about voting, she shared, “I wasn't gonna vote this year, but Kamala Harris joining the race changed my mind completely.”

In her speech, Cardi praised Harris’s policies, especially her focus on women's rights, affordable healthcare, and economic relief. Cardi was firm in her criticism of Donald Trump, calling him a “bully,” adding, “If his definition of protection is making sure our daughters have fewer rights than our mothers, then I don’t want it.”

Despite the hiccup, Cardi’s support for Harris resonated with many in attendance. She confidently stated, “I believe her when she says under her, buying eggs and milk won’t break the bank because she’s going to pass a ban on price gouging.”

Cardi urged her fans to “turn out and turn up” on election day, reminding them of the power of their votes.

While Republicans were quick to mock her reliance on her phone, Cardi's speech emphasized the importance of celebrity endorsements in today’s high-stakes political climate.
