YouTube star Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson has responded to recent allegations by hiring the law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, to conduct an investigation into his company, MrBeast LLC.

The investigation, which began on July 31, 2024, came after employee Ava Kris Tyson faced allegations of inappropriate conversations with underage fans. After three months of reviewing over 4.5 million documents, including messages from texts, emails, Slack, and Discord, the firm concluded on November 1, clearing MrBeast LLC of any direct wrongdoing toward minors.

However, the investigation identified “several isolated instances of workplace harassment and misconduct,” leading Donaldson to make sweeping organizational changes. In addition to terminating an undisclosed number of employees, he plans to appoint a new CEO, CPO, CFO, and General Counsel to oversee operations and policies. Quinn Emanuel’s report recommended mandatory corporate training and targeted training for specific employees to improve the company’s work environment.

The investigation also revealed that YouTuber Dawson French, aka dogpack404, was asked to refrain from publicly discussing allegations against MrBeast LLC during the investigation to maintain “integrity.” Quinn Emanuel’s findings did not address unrelated allegations regarding Lunchly, one of MrBeast’s business ventures, where customers claimed they found mold in their food.

These changes come as MrBeast faces ongoing scrutiny and aims to address internal issues while working to maintain his public image. This year has brought multiple allegations against Donaldson, intensifying the pressure on his brand and business operations.
