Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber Channel Y2K Glamour for Their 'Simple Life' Halloween Costume

Approved by Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie themselves!

Halloween season officially kicks off when Hailey Bieber makes her entrance.

The reigning queen of manicures, street style, and glazed skin has solidified her status as a Halloween expert, consistently delighting her followers with meticulously crafted costumes that pay homage to iconic characters and moments.

This year, she’s joined by her best friend Kendall Jenner for an unforgettable matching blonde moment.

And by "iconic matching blonde moment," we mean the legendary duo Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. Bieber and Jenner perfectly embodied the essence of the 2000s by recreating the cover photo from The Simple Life, with Jenner stepping into Hilton's shoes and Bieber channeling Richie. Bieber fully embraced the cosplay vibe with a skunk-streaked blonde hair transformation, while Jenner's fresh '90s-inspired blonde locks were right on theme.

In their photo, Bieber sported long layers reminiscent of Richie’s style, featuring dramatic chin-length pieces adorned with dark brown streaks and roots that exude major Y2K energy. While it seems likely that Bieber's hair change is a wig, Jenner's may just be extensions.

Her golden blonde shade closely resembles the look she debuted during fashion week, enhanced with extra length and a deep side part to nail Hilton’s iconic hairstyle. Bieber's hair was styled by Jared Henderson, while Jenner collaborated with Irinel de León.

Their makeup was equally impressive, with Bieber sporting a smoky eye accentuated by heavy black eyeliner, subtly blushed cheeks, and a glossy finish courtesy of makeup artist Leah Darcy. Meanwhile, makeup artist Diane Buzzetta opted for wispy mascara, gloss, and a touch of pink blush on Jenner for a more delicate appearance.

Halloween is officially in full swing!
