In a recent Tonight Show interview with Jimmy Fallon, she detailed how she was escorted to an interrogation room at 3 a.m. by armed officers. The confusion arose due to her resemblance to a woman named “Olivia Rodriguez,” who has a history of multiple arrests and is close in age to the singer. Rodrigo recalled the officers’ stern warnings, telling her that lying to federal agents could lead to jail time. The intense interrogation continued for 30 minutes, during which Rodrigo became increasingly anxious, fearing she might not be able to re-enter the U.S. Eventually, the mix-up was resolved, allowing Rodrigo to resume her tour.Despite this alarming experience, Rodrigo's GUTS tour has been an overwhelming success, grossing an impressive $186.6 million and drawing over a million fans globally.
