SHC judge recuses from IHC judge's degree case

Sindh High Court (SHC) Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput has recused himself from hearing pleas related to the degree of Islamabad High Court Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangeri.

A two-member bench led by Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput heard the pleas on IHC judge's degree.

During the hearing, the counsel for KU)contended that petitioner IHC bar did not submit the counter reply in response to the university's written reply.

Justice Zafar Rajput recused himself from the case hearing, saying he is a member of the university's syndicate and he has to go to attend the syndicate meeting the next day.
