Three killed in violent incidents

In separate incidents of firing and violence three people, including a woman, were killed while a youth was injured.

In the first incident, the accused Zain Shah, Kashif Rasheed, Rashid Ali, Moazzam and Khalid Shah opened fire on Ghazanfar Ali and his son Khazeema Ali, in the area of 201 RB, Chandian Talavan in the limits of Millat Town police station.

As a result, Ghazanfar Ali narrowly escaped unhurt, while her son Khazeema Ali was seriously injured by a bullet in the back. He was shifted to Allied Hospital after first aid where he died after being in a life and death struggle.

In the second incident, the armed accused Jameel, Arsalan, Naveed, Shahid, Zahid, Irfan and Khawar, shot and injured two brothers, Zeeshan Haider and Sultan Haider, in a dispute due to passing through the fields in Chak No. 81 JB in the limits of Thikriawala police station.

The injured brothers were taken to allied hospital where Zeeshan Haider died after being in a life and death struggle. After receiving the information, the Thikriawala police took the body of the deceased into custody and handed it over to his family members after the investigation and registered a case.

In the third incident, the body of a 45-year-old unknown woman was found in the thickets of the canal near Chak 26 GB.
