Logan Paul, co-creator of the lunch kit brand Lunchly, responded on social media to circulating rumors suggesting that his products had been recalled by the FDA. In a video uploaded to Twitter, Paul addressed the misinformation, explaining that certain users claimed stores were pulling Lunchly products from shelves due to “public health concerns.” A posted sign at a Fred Meyer store read, “Due to public health concerns, the FDA has recalled Lunchly products.” However, Paul confirmed that no FDA recall was issued, labeling the notice a “100% lie about Lunchly.”

Paul’s investigation revealed that the sign was posted by a Fred Meyer employee who had reportedly heard a rumor of an FDA recall and acted on it. After being confronted, the employee admitted the sign was based on speculation and had since been removed. Paul noted that product sales data at the store indicated Lunchly kits were selling normally, underscoring that “Lunchly was never actually recalled.”

Rosanna Pansino, a fellow YouTuber, had previously expressed concerns about Lunchly after allegedly finding mold in a product, though Paul did not directly address this claim. However, he emphasized that Lunchly’s Turkey Stack ‘Ems remain available in stores like Kroger and are actively being restocked. He added, “The FDA has to announce recalls publicly, and Lunchly is not on the FDA recall list.”
