After the arrest of All Of My Life artist Lil Durk, rapper THF Bayzoo shared a message accusing social media of creating a misleading image of Durk, sparking significant online discussion. Durk was detained on the night of October 24 in Broward County, Florida, on a murder-for-hire charge.

Durk’s arrest came just days after five other individuals linked to his hip-hop group, OTF (Only The Family), were taken into custody in connection with the 2022 murder of rival rapper Quando Rondo’s cousin. THF Bayzoo, a close associate of Durk’s, took to Instagram on October 26 to criticize social media and the charges against Durk. Bayzoo wrote:

"Social media, fake fans, bloggers, etc know how to give unproven titles to ppl. Murda 4 hire is outrageous."

He continued: “Painting a picture for the officials to run wit to trick u out your position smh. For the record why would he have to pay his day to hunt for the loss of another day. Make it make sense."

Bayzoo concluded his statement with "Free Da Trenches." Some on social media felt his perspective was valid. One X user, @Vonfanpage4lf, tweeted: "Y’all make it make sense, dis sum real s**t."

A number of similar reactions appeared, with some users agreeing with Bayzoo and further clarifying his comments.

Here are a few X responses to Bayzoo’s post: "Social media convicts before facts are presented we all know that," one X user explained.

"Ya that’s a fact," another user agreed.

"Type s**t," commented another.

However, many other users disagreed with Bayzoo, urging him to move on as Quando Rondo had. Some even mentioned that they didn’t fully understand Bayzoo’s message.

"Do like Rondo and move on," one X user suggested.

"Make this paragraph make sense I don't understand a lick of it lmao," another user remarked.

"Some things better left unsaid but at the same time feds charged him with that not the media," said a third.

"This makes 0 sense. Kids these days are idiots," added another.
