A dispute broke out reportedly between family of the Sindh Home Secretary and another family over a minor issue at a private restaurant in Defence Karachi, escalating to the point of a potential legal case.

However, after intervention from certain personalities, both families reconciled at the police station.

According to details, the altercation began at a private restaurant on Khayaban-e-Sahar in Karachi's Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Phase VI when children got into a fight, prompting the adults to intervene. Women from both families also became involved, and a video surfaced showing them exchanging slaps and punches.

Police sources report that one of the families involved is that of the Home Secretary, leading senior police officials to arrive at the restaurant. They insisted on filing cases against each other.

Ultimately, after intervention from some important figures, both families settled their dispute at the police station, and the matter was resolved. The argument reportedly started over a chair being taken from the table.
