LAHORE:

PML-N leader Khawaja Saad Rafique has reacted to the unruly behavior of alleged PTI supporters upon the arrival of PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif in London, alleging that the credit of spreading the politics of hate goes to the people who created the "cult of Imran Khan" for ulterior motives.

In a post on X, Rafique clarified that the post was being published in response to the storm of misconduct stirred upon the arrival of PML-N President Nawaz Sharif in London and that it was not directed at all PTI workers or voters but rather at the blind cult followers.

According to the PML-N leader, "The credit of making shamelessness, hatred, abusive language, filth, lies, conspiracies and hypocrisy the center of national politics goes solely to those who formed and benefited from the Imran cult."

He said this cult's extreme fascist behavior prevents its opponents from softening toward them.

"They are their own worst enemies. These politically immature followers of the 'Imran cult' are not political workers, and as a result, they not only keep the internal environment of the PTI from being political or democratic but are also inciting supporters of other political parties toward violence, extremism, and abusive language."

"Those who created these followers never imagined that they might fall into the very pit they dug. This mindset defamed opponents, violated their privacy and dignity, threw men and women in jail indiscriminately, made disgraceful accusations, mocked people's illnesses, spread oppression and violence, and trampled all moral values."
