Federal investigators are probing allegations that Sean “Diddy” Combs hosted coercive “Freak Off” parties following major events such as the VMAs and the Super Bowl.

According to videos and documents reviewed by The Post, the events involved sex parties with claims of coerced or forced participation. Federal authorities reportedly confiscated hundreds of tapes from Combs’ properties during a March raid, seizing devices containing footage of these parties. Law enforcement indicated that some recordings align with allegations that Combs orchestrated “elaborate sex performances” and coerced participants through intimidation, threats, and control over their careers.

Among the allegations, The Post reported that after hosting the 2005 MTV VMAs afterparty, Combs moved guests from a nightclub to his Miami mansion, where videos allegedly captured the party transitioning into a sex-fueled gathering. Footage from multiple parties, including during Super Bowl weekend in Jacksonville in 2005, allegedly depicts various explicit encounters, though there is no indication that celebrity attendees were aware of or involved in these activities.

A federal law enforcement source told The Post that seized videos will help determine “whether this was consensual for everyone involved, if anyone has been trafficked, and what laws have been broken.” Combs faces charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution. In addition, the U.S. Attorney’s Office claims he used “violence and intimidation” to maintain control, allegedly threatening to expose recordings to ensure compliance from his victims.

Combs’ legal team has denied the allegations. In a statement, his attorneys asserted, “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman,” and expressed confidence in proving his innocence in court.
