KARACHI:

A gradual decrease in the ongoing hot spell is expected from Sunday, with some disruptions in sea breeze reported on Tuesday, said the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).

The city was likely to see hot days followed by cooler evenings, PMD said in its synopsis.

On Tuesday morning, sea breezes in the city came to a halt, replaced by light north-westerly winds. According to PMD, the south-western sea breeze may remain inactive for brief periods over the next three to four days, especially from morning to afternoon.
