Angelina Jolie’s rumored relationship with British rapper Akala is reportedly becoming more serious.The “Maleficent” actress, 49, allegedly brought the 40-year-old musician to her hotel suite at The Corinthia in London last week, according to sources speaking to The US Sun on Monday.

“The pair spent Wednesday and Thursday night together inside the hotel and did not leave,” the insider revealed, noting that Akala arrived two hours after Jolie.

“Akala was snuck out of the hotel via one of Angelina’s cars on Friday — a couple of hours before the [British Film Institute] premiere for her new movie,” the source added, referring to Jolie’s upcoming film, Maria, which was screened at the London Film Festival.

“They are using separate cars and secret entrances to keep their relationship under wraps, but it’s the real deal,” the insider continued.

Both Jolie and Akala attended the film festival, but they were photographed arriving separately.

After the premiere, they enjoyed a romantic dinner at the exclusive Soho House, according to the outlet.

The “Girl, Interrupted” star and Akala have been linked romantically since May 2024, when he attended the Calabash Literary Festival in Jamaica with Jolie and her daughters Zahara, 19, and Shiloh, 18.

Most recently, the singer joined Jolie at a party at her Atelier Jolie art room in New York City on Sept. 28.

That same week, Akala also accompanied her to the Maria premiere at the New York Film Festival at Alice Lincoln Center’s Tully Hall.

While InTouch reported that the pair had been seeing each other for at least a year, a source told People in August that they are not in a romantic relationship.

The insider clarified that the two “share the same passion when it comes to social and humanitarian causes.”

Jolie’s last public romantic relationship was with her ex-husband, Brad Pitt, from whom she separated in 2016.

Along with Zahara and Shiloh, the former couple shares Maddox, 23, Pax, 20, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16.
