Through her production company, New Name Entertainment, co-founded with her husband Jordan Spencer, Scott has established a special fund to help working-class students attend prestigious drama and film schools, such as the National Film and Television School (NFTS).

The fund also provides career development and mentorship to guide students through the often-challenging journey of entering the entertainment industry.
