Twitch and Kick streamer Felix "xQc" Lengyel is reportedly facing a new lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend, Samantha "Adept," in the state of California.

The pair, who have been involved in legal disputes since September 2022, have been at odds after court documents revealed that they had been legally married and were filing for divorce. While xQc denied the marriage claims, the legal battle has continued for over a year.

On March 28, 2024, xQc announced that he had “won everything” in court and claimed that Adept had “no chance” in the case. However, recent reports suggest that Adept has filed the same lawsuit against xQc, reasserting her claims in California. According to an X user @iqkev, “After losing multiple times in court throughout the year, xQc’s ex-girlfriend Adept is now suing him again.”

During a livestream on October 20, 2024, xQc confirmed the news, explaining that the lawsuit is a “copy-paste” of the previous legal case. He expressed frustration, stating, "It’s the exact same thing, the exact same copy-paste, but in California instead." xQc went on to describe the situation as "sad," questioning why the legal system allows such actions, adding, “Every single claim that has been done and won in court... is being re-brought up and copy-pasted.”

As of now, Adept has not commented on the latest legal developments
