Ben Affleck focused on work and family after Jennifer Lopez divorce, sources say

Ben Affleck has been focusing on his career and family since his separation from Jennifer Lopez in April, a source close to the actor-director told People. Affleck, 52, and Lopez, 55, filed for divorce in August, ending their two-year marriage. "He’s very focused on work and his kids," the source said, adding that Affleck is "staying busy and happy."

While the couple was seen together at various events earlier this year, they spent much of the summer apart, with Affleck primarily on the West Coast. In June, they listed their shared Beverly Hills mansion for sale. Affleck later purchased a new home in Los Angeles in July for $20 million.

Despite the divorce, Lopez recently told Interview magazine that she is embracing her independence. “You don’t need to grow old with somebody to feel whole,” she said, reflecting on her single life.
