Florence Welch made a surprise appearance at Taylor Swift's Eras Tour on Friday night in Miami, delighting fans with a live duet of "Florida!!!" at the Hard Rock Stadium. The Florence + The Machine frontwoman joined Swift during the second verse of "Tortured Poets," Track 8, leaving the audience in awe.

As Welch stepped onstage, the crowd erupted with cheers. The song "Florida!!!," a haunting ballad about escaping troubles to Destin, Florida, was first performed at Swift’s Wembley Stadium show in London on Aug. 20. Fans had speculated that the song would become a recurring feature of the setlist due to new choreography and production elements introduced during the London show.

During the performance, Swift and Welch sang together on the center platform, which lifted them as they harmonized to the lyrics, "So I did my best to lay to rest / All of the bodies that have ever been on my body." The stage was bathed in green light, with eerie swamp-like visuals displayed on the screens and backup dancers striking gnarled tree-like poses to match the mood of the song.

As the song concluded, Swift and Welch walked down the catwalk, drawing loud cheers from the open-roofed arena. Swift thanked Welch for the surprise appearance, leaving fans wondering if the collaboration would continue throughout the remaining tour dates.

After Miami, Swift's Eras Tour will visit New Orleans, Indianapolis, Toronto, and Vancouver, where it will conclude on Dec. 8.
