Diddy accused of rapping woman after she tied him to Tupac murder in new $50 million lawsuit
Sean "Diddy" Combs faces new legal trouble as a woman, Ashley Parham, has filed a $50 million lawsuit accusing the rapper of sexual assault, battery, and false imprisonment.
According to Daily Mail, the incident allegedly occurred in 2018 after Parham accused Diddy of involvement in Tupac Shakur’s 1996 murder during a FaceTime conversation. In the lawsuit filed in Northern California, Parham claims Diddy and his friends, including Shane Pearce, gang-raped her after she confronted him.
Parham alleges that Diddy threatened her, saying, "You’ll pay for that," referring to her accusation. She claims he sexually assaulted her with a TV remote, saying her life was in his hands. Additionally, she said that Diddy offered her money to claim the encounter was consensual, which she refused, leading to further threats. Parham also claims that Diddy boasted about getting away with worse crimes, including Tupac's death.
The lawsuit accuses Diddy of violent actions, as well as Pearce for luring Parham to his home under false pretenses. Parham is seeking a jury trial for the alleged assault, battery, and abuse. Meanwhile, Diddy, who is currently jailed awaiting trial on separate charges, maintains his innocence on all counts.
