Jason Lee's claim that Jay-Z and Beyoncé contacted him about Diddy goes viral
On the latest episode of The Jason Lee Podcast, host Jason Lee claimed that Jay-Z and Beyoncé had allegedly contacted him regarding Diddy. The shocking revelation was made in the episode released on October 12, 2024. Lee alleged that Jay-Z had people reaching out to him and asked the rapper to "stop having people call" him.
He further suggested that Jay-Z could personally call him since the rapper knew how to find his number. Lee also predicted that the podcast episode would go viral. Addressing his audience, he added that if he went missing, all the calls he had been receiving "have been about him."
However, Lee admitted that he had not received any threatening calls regarding the situation so far. Once the clip from Jason Lee’s podcast circulated on social media, numerous netizens reacted to his claims.
A social media user, @itsavibe, commented on X, saying: “Risking getting killed over some gossip is crazy lol.”
Many others shared similar thoughts, questioning why Lee wanted to "be involved and die so bad." Some even compared him to Perez Hilton in his early days. Others suggested Lee was only seeking attention and criticized him for being "mad" that Jay-Z and Beyoncé didn’t like him.
“Why would they call u if u weren’t trying to spread a rumor about them? Lmaooo. I remember when Perez Hilton 1st started & he would mock these ppl & spread fake rumors than I realized he did it bc he wanted to befriend these ppl,” one user wrote on X.
“Why does bro want to be involved and die so bad?” another added.
“Jason…. Nobody believes you,” said another internet user.
“If Attention seeking was an actual person, this would be it,” exclaimed one netizen.
“He is so mad that they don't like him, it hilarious. It literally haunts him every day,” commented another.
“He really want to get close to them the obsession my god,” remarked another user online.
Before Jason Lee’s claims, Jaguar Wright had also made headlines for similar accusations. During her appearance on Piers Morgan's show in early October, Jaguar alleged that for the past "four years," she had been "screaming" that Diddy and Jay-Z were monsters.
