CBD leases out commercial plot

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) has auctioned a 4-kanal commercial plot for Rs81 million annually. The site, located on the CBD Route 47, will house a petrol pump and food outlet, catering to both commuters and local residents.
The auction attracted leading petroleum companies and business groups, with initial bids starting at Rs46 million. CBD Punjab CEO Imran Amin emphasised the importance of the project, stating, "This auction reinforces our commitment to driving economic growth through infrastructure development that supports both commercial needs and community convenience."
The plot is the only site in the CBD Punjab Quaid District master plan designated for this purpose.
