Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Misra welcome baby girl

Fashion designer Masaba Gupta and actor Satyadeep Misra have welcomed their first child, a baby girl, according to an Instagram post shared by the couple.

The announcement was made on with a glimpse of their newborn’s tiny feet.

"Our very special little girl arrived on a very special day. 11.10.2024," the couple wrote in their post, accompanied by an image of a white lotus and moon on a blue backdrop.

Friends and celebrities from the entertainment industry quickly joined in to congratulate the couple.

Actress Dia Mirza wrote, "Welcome to our world baby girl," while Bipasha Basu expressed her excitement with a joyful comment, "Yayyyy Congratulations."

Masaba had earlier shared the news of her pregnancy in April, playfully asking for blessings and banana chips.

The couple tied the knot in January 2023, with a celebration that included Masaba’s mother, Neena Gupta, and father, Vivian Richards.

Masaba previously worked with Satyadeep on the Netflix series 'Masaba Masaba', which was based on her personal and professional life.
