Mahrang booked on terror charges in Karachi

Police in Karachi have registered a case against Dr Mahrang Baloch and others on the complaint of a citizen, Asad Ali under the country's terror law. The case has been registered on the complaint of Asad Ali, a resident of Sherpao Colony of the Landhi area of the city.

According to the complainant, Mahrang is a facilitator of terrorist organizations who are enticing educated youth from Balochistan and arranging a movement of terrorists under the guise of processions and rallies. "[These] terrorists conduct recce of sensitive installations to carry out their activities [during protest arranged by the activist]," it claimed.
