Don Lemon has offered insight into why Jay-Z and Beyoncé have chosen not to sue Jaguar Wright, despite her inflammatory accusations against them.

Wright, who recently appeared on 'Piers Morgan Uncensored', accused the power couple and Sean "Diddy" Combs of being "monsters." She further claimed to have victims ready to testify against the Carters.

"For four years I’ve been screaming not just Diddy, but Diddy and Jay-Z are monsters,” Wright stated during the now-deleted segment.

She also alluded to their involvement in the tragic death of singer Aaliyah and alleged the couple had mistreated numerous individuals.

After Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s lawyers contacted 'Uncensored' to have the segment removed, questions arose about why the couple didn’t take legal action.

On October 10, Don Lemon addressed the issue, explaining that Wright might be what legal experts call "judgment proof."

"Why isn't Jay-Z and Beyoncé threatening to sue Jaguar Wright? Jaguar Wright, probably, is what legal people call judgment proof, meaning there's nothing to collect if you sue someone civilly, so why on earth would you sue them?" Lemon stated.

He also criticized Piers Morgan for allowing Wright's accusations to reach a wide audience, stating, "He [Morgan] had a responsibility on his platform to put on truthful people... he could lose millions of dollars."

Lemon further warned that if the platform didn’t remove false content, "a court’s going to order you to."

The controversy surrounding Wright’s claims has continued to stir reactions online, particularly after her allegations about the Carters and their connection to Aaliyah’s death.
