Plea seeks delay in PTI intra-party case review
The PTI has filed an application in the Supreme Court to postpone the hearing of the intra-party election review case.
The request stated that Advocate Hamid Khan had a family commitment in Lahore on Friday (today) and would not be able to appear before the court.
The case is scheduled to be heard by a three-member bench led by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa and comprising Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Mussarat Hilali.
Earlier, the ECP stated that it had demonstrated flexibility regarding the scheduling of intra-party elections, asserting that any delays are the responsibility of the PTI.
