Kanye West, now known as Ye, is being sued by a former employee who alleges the rapper instructed him to investigate members of the Kardashian family and spy on his wife, Bianca Censori. The lawsuit, filed on October 10, 2024, in Los Angeles, claims the former employee, referred to as John Doe, was hired in December 2022 and later tasked with roles that raised ethical and legal concerns.

According to the lawsuit, Doe alleges that West instructed him to investigate the Kardashians for suspected ties to criminal enterprises, including sex trafficking. Additionally, Doe claims West asked him to hire private investigators to follow Censori during her trips to Australia to visit family. The lawsuit details West’s alleged erratic behavior, which was reportedly fueled by substance use following a dental surgery in May 2024.

Doe also alleges that his employment ended abruptly after he reported child abuse at West’s private school, Donda Academy, leading to retaliatory threats. West allegedly told him, "You're f—ing dead to me," and played a recording of “scary voices.” Attorney Ron Zambrano, representing Doe, said, “Our client is so fearful of Ye and his erratic, disturbing and unpredictable behavior that he wishes to remain anonymous for his own safety.”

West’s representatives have not yet responded to the lawsuit. This is the latest in a series of legal challenges the rapper has faced from former employees.
