Sanam Jung composes sweet ode to parenthood on IG

With weary sleep-deprived eyes and a smile radiating deep-rooted love, second-time mother and actor and presenter Sanam Jung took to her Instagram Stories to unabashedly share her love for her two-month-old daughter, Alaiza. Sweetly cradling her baby's head against her shoulder, Sanam, who is also a mother to seven-year-old Alaya, painted a heartwarming picture of parenthood as she poured out her heart.

"I never thought I could love anyone as much as Alaya, but the moment this little one came into my arms - I fell in love all over again!" wrote the besotted new mother, fittingly setting her IG Story to Kerry Brown's A Letter To My Daughter.

Showing her awe at the miracle of motherhood, the Pyari Mona actor continued, "The beauty of Allah!" Finally understanding how her own parents must have felt as they raised their children, Sanam showed her appreciation of how things had come to a full circle.

"As a child, I would ask my parents, 'Who do you love more?'" she wrote. "And their answer would be [in Urdu] 'All of you kids are equal, we love you all.' And I would insist they choose one - [now] after being a mother of two, now I know what it feels like and what they meant."

On July 28, Sanam proudly announced the birth of her second-born daughter as she posted a sweet close-up of her baby's feet. "Introducing the newest addition to our family. Alhamdullilah, blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Alaya named her sister Alaiza! July 22, 2024 1:52AM. Keep us in your prayers."

A doting mother, Sanam often flaunts her bond with her eldest, Alaya, treating her followers to a series of photos and videos of the mother-daughter duo living their best lives. In May this year, for example, Sanam posted a reel showing a series of close-up snapshots of herself and Alaya along with the caption, "Here, love knows no end."

Meanwhile, in November last year, Sanam made sure to acknowledge Alaya's seventh birthday, posting a series of throwback photos along with the heartwarming caption, "No words can describe how much you mean to me. No matter how old you'll be, you will always be my little girl. Happy 7th birthday."

Now that she is a mother of two, Sanam's overarching love for both of her daughters shines through, despite the many challenges of juggling life with two children of such different ages.
