Kanye West sued by secret investigator hired to follow Bianca Censori and Kim Kardashian
Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, is being sued by a man claiming to be his former "Director of Intelligence," alleging the rapper ordered investigations into both his wife, Bianca Censori, and his former in-laws, the Kardashians.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the anonymous plaintiff, suing under the name "John Doe," claims West never compensated him for multiple pay periods and caused him emotional distress.
Doe alleges that he was initially hired in December 2022 as West’s campaign manager for his presidential run, but his role was later shifted to Yeezy’s "Director of Intelligence." His responsibilities allegedly included handling non-disclosure agreements and organizing investigations into Bianca and the Kardashians. Doe claims he was instructed to hire private investigators to monitor Bianca during her solo travels, including visits to her family in Australia, without her knowledge.
The lawsuit also alleges that West believed his former in-laws, the Kardashians, were involved in criminal activities, including sex trafficking. Doe further claims that in May 2024, West exhibited erratic behavior, which he attributed to alleged nitrous oxide usage, and began laying off Yeezy employees.
The working relationship reportedly deteriorated after Doe relayed allegations of child abuse at Donda Academy, which he says West dismissed with threats of violence. Additionally, Doe claims West's associates sent him threatening messages, aggravating his PTSD from military service. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages for emotional distress and unpaid wages.
