Taylor Swift has donated $5 million to support relief efforts for communities impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The non-profit organization Feeding America confirmed the donation in a statement shared on social media. The organization’s CEO, Claire Babineaux-Fontenot, expressed gratitude for Swift’s generosity.

"We’re incredibly grateful to Taylor Swift for her generous $5 million donation to Hurricanes Helene and Milton relief efforts,” Babineaux-Fontenot said in the statement. “This contribution will help communities rebuild and recover, providing essential food, clean water, and supplies to people affected by these devastating storms. Together, we can make a real impact in supporting families as they navigate the challenges ahead. Thank you, Taylor, for standing with us in the movement to end hunger and for helping communities in need.”

Swift has a history of making charitable donations to causes related to natural disasters. In December 2023, she donated $1 million toward storm relief efforts in Tennessee, and earlier this year, she provided $100,000 to the family of a woman who was killed at the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl parade.

Additionally, Swift has supported various food banks throughout her "Eras Tour," making donations to local organizations such as the Edinburgh Food Project and Arizona Food Bank Network. It was also reported by People that Swift distributed over $55 million in bonuses to her tour employees, including dancers, technicians, and catering staff.

After a brief break, Swift will return to the stage later this month to continue her “Eras Tour” in North America, with stops in Miami, New Orleans, and Indianapolis, before concluding in Canada.
