Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, PTI leader Azam Swati and others have been nominated in a murder case of Constable Abdul Hamid Shah.
Police sources said the constable was severely injured during a clash with the PTI workers and placed on a ventilator at PIMS, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The case accuses K-P CM Ali Amin Gandapur of using state resources for a planned armed assault against the federal government. Azam Swati is accused of providing substantial financial support to armed groups.
